2. Purposes

2.1 Creating and running your account and signing you in on the website and in the Rescanzo app.

2.2 Providing the Service: counting, crediting and charging tokens, and running searches in Low, Mid and Pro modes.

2.3 Processing and paying for purchases, crediting tokens and plans, and refunds.

2.4 Sending service emails: verification codes, password resets, security notices and notices of changes to our terms.

2.5 Answering support requests.

2.6 Keeping the Service secure and preventing fraud and abuse.

2.7 Meeting obligations under the law.

3. Data processed

3.1 Your email address and your name, if you gave one.

3.2 Sign-in data: a password hash or a Google account identifier; whether your email is verified.

3.3 Devices and sessions: IP address, browser or device type (user agent), sign-in and last-use times.

3.4 Your token balance and history, and the text of search queries shown in your transaction history.

3.5 Orders: product, amount, status and payment number. Card details are entered on the payment service's page; the operator does not receive them.

3.6 Your messages to support.

No special categories of personal data and no biometric data are processed. Your source videos, their index and search results stay on your computer.

4. Actions with the data

4.1 Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating and changing, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

4.2 Processing is mixed: with and without automated means.

4.3 For these purposes data is shared with the providers the Service cannot run without: our server host, the email provider, the payment services (Robokassa, Dodo Payments) and, if you sign in with Google, Google. This includes transfers abroad, including to Germany and the United States. The full list of providers is in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Duration and retention

5.1 This consent is valid from when you give it until the purposes are achieved or you withdraw it.

5.2 Account data, transaction and order history are kept for as long as the account exists. Server logs and session details are kept for up to 12 months.

5.3 After the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed within 30 days, except data the operator must keep by law (such as payment records).

6. How to withdraw consent

6.1 You can withdraw consent at any time: delete your account under Settings in your account, or email support@rescanzo.com from the address your account is registered to.

6.2 The operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless the law provides otherwise. An account cannot work without processing personal data, so withdrawing consent means deleting the account.

6.3 The operator may continue processing without consent where Article 6(1)(2)–(11) of Law No. 152-FZ allows it.

7. Your rights

7.1 You may get information about how your data is processed and ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, out of date or processed unlawfully (Article 14 of Law No. 152-FZ). Send requests to support@rescanzo.com; we answer within 10 working days.

7.2 You may complain about the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
