Press conferences: the quote you need from a long recording
A press conference runs an hour and a half, and two or three lines make the story or the press release. Finding them on the timeline from memory takes time, especially with a deadline in an hour. Rescanzo searches what was said in the video, in Russian and English.
Finding the quote
In Pro mode type the words you remember: “a decision will be made by the end of the year”, “we don’t comment on rumours”. Rescanzo returns the moments where it was said, with timecodes, so you can check the exact wording before it goes into print. A PR team can search a topic across a whole quarter’s briefings at once.
Shots to go with it
A video version of the story needs shots without talking: “journalists raising hands”, “speaker at a lectern with the logo”, “room, wide shot”. That’s search by description in Low and Mid mode, running on your computer at 1 and 2 tokens.
Into the edit or into the text
For a video package, chosen moments go to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro as a ready timeline, and for CapCut Rescanzo cuts separate clips. If you only need the quote for a written piece, the search result itself is enough: the timecode shows you where to check the wording.
Cost
A Pro speech search costs 2 tokens plus 1 for every started minute of video the cloud checks. The app shows the exact price before you run it. A new account starts with 50 tokens, enough to try it on a recording of your own briefing.
Questions and answers
What if the speaker talks in English and the story runs in Russian?
Search with the English words you remember from the original: speech search understands both languages. Translate the quote from the found fragment, checking it against what was actually said.
How exactly do I need to remember the line?
Type the words you’re sure of. If the first search finds nothing, rephrase it; each attempt counts as a separate search.
Try it on your own footage
A new account gets 50 tokens: that's 25 searches in Mid mode.
