macOS says the app can't be opened. What do I do?
The app isn't signed by Apple yet. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security and click “Open Anyway”. Step-by-step instructions are on the download page.
What are tokens?
The internal currency for searches. Low costs 1 token, Mid costs 2, Pro costs 2 tokens plus 1 for every started minute of video checked in the cloud.
How are prices calculated?
Prices are counted in Mid searches: one such search costs 2 tokens. You get 50 tokens on your balance when you sign up.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the tokens you bought haven't started being spent. Details are in the refund policy, linked at the bottom of the page.
Where does my footage go?
Nowhere: search runs on your computer. In Pro, only short fragments of what was found are sent to the cloud AI, and they aren't stored.
Which computers does Rescanzo run on?
Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) on macOS 12 or newer, and 64-bit PCs with Windows 10 or 11. Both installers are on the download page.
Which editing apps does Rescanzo work with?
Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut and VEGAS.
