Events: the right shots from hours of recording

The same-day recap

Organisers often ask for a teaser while the event is still on or right after it. The shots are predictable: "full room applauding", "speaker on stage in front of the screen", "queue at registration", "buffet, wide", "award being handed over". Each one is a query of its own, and you don't have to go back through every camera to get it.

Speaker quotes

The final video nearly always needs a few lines from the stage. If you remember what a speaker talked about, type it in Pro mode, for example "revenue growth this year" or "thank you to the team", and Rescanzo finds where it was said, even inside a forty-minute talk.

Pro costs 2 tokens plus 1 for every started minute of video the cloud checks.

When Low is enough and when to use Mid

Low, at 1 token, is fine for quick checks like "do we have a wide of the hall from the balcony". Mid, at 2 tokens, is more accurate and better for building the shot list for the teaser and the final cut. Both run only on your computer, and the length of the recording doesn't change their price.

Closed-door events

Clients don't like internal strategy sessions and private presentations leaving the studio. In Low and Mid the footage goes nowhere. Pro sends only short found fragments to the cloud to be checked, and they aren't stored there; if the contract rules out even that, stick to Low and Mid.

From your Rescanzo collection, found shots go to Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve as a ready timeline, to VEGAS Pro as an EDL file, and for CapCut they become separate MP4 clips.
