Real estate video: every room on request
A videographer filming flats and houses for agencies covers dozens of properties a month, and each one has the same shots: kitchen, living room, bathroom, the view. When an agency asks for a re-edit or a compilation, the shots have to be dug out of folders by hand. Rescanzo finds them by description.
Room-by-room queries
Describe the shot the way a client would name it: “kitchen with an island”, “bedroom with a large window”, “bathroom with a walk-in shower”, “balcony view of the river”, “drone shot of the house facade”, “living room with a fireplace”. If properties sit in subfolders of one shared folder, one query finds matching shots in all of them.
Cheap searches
Real estate nearly always needs only picture search, which means Low at 1 token or Mid at 2 tokens. Both run on your computer, and the price doesn’t depend on how many properties are in the folder. A compilation of “every kitchen this month” in Mid costs 2 tokens, for example.
The video for the agency
Found shots collect in a collection and go to Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve as a ready timeline, or to VEGAS Pro as an EDL. If the agency videos are cut in CapCut, Rescanzo cuts each shot into its own MP4 and opens the folder.
When you need Pro
If the video has a voice-over, or an agent talks about the property on camera, speech search in Pro mode finds the line you need, in Russian or English. It costs 2 tokens plus 1 for every started minute the cloud checks.
Questions and answers
How do I tell properties apart when the kitchens look alike?
Add a detail that sets the property apart: cabinet colour, worktop material, furniture, the view from the window. The more precise the description, the fewer look-alike shots in the results.
Do I need to mark anything during the shoot?
No, Rescanzo searches by what’s in the frame, not by file names or markers.
Try it on your own footage
A new account gets 50 tokens: that's 25 searches in Mid mode.
